Brown Law Group Hires Two Associates

Brown Law Group announced that attorneys Bryce Besser and Tara Jacobson have joined the firm.

Bryce Besser comes to Brown Law Group with a strong background in general civil litigation in both state and federal court. Bryce has represented clients in the defense of various employment law claims including discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Besser has also counseled clients in trade secrets litigation, contracts disputes, and various tort disputes. Prior to joining Brown Law Group Mr. Besser represented clients in the areas of general civil and environmental litigation including the prosecution and defense of actions under CERCLA, RCRA, and federal and state statutes. He also counseled clients in insurance coverage disputes, trade secret litigation, contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and real property disputes.

Tara Jacobson’s practice focuses on labor and employment law with special emphasis on defending employers against claims brought against them for wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Prior to joining Brown Law Group, Ms. Jacobson clerked for Abbene, Alcock and Liska, APC and the Law Offices of Patrick J. Mazzei. While attending law school, Ms. Jacobson gained practical experience as a legal assistant at Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps, LLP.
